Account data: When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and phone number. Agents also provide agency name (optional) and professional credentials.
Profile data: Agents provide areas covered, languages spoken, buildings and listings, and a short bio. This information is displayed publicly on your profile.
Verification data: Agent certificate uploads are stored securely for the purpose of verification review. Identity documents are handled entirely by Persona. We do not receive or store your passport or ID.
Usage data: We collect standard analytics data including pages visited, features used, and session information via Google Analytics. This data is anonymised and aggregated.
Communications: Messages sent through the platform are stored to enable the messaging feature and may be reviewed in cases of reported abuse or disputes.
Listing photos: Photos uploaded by agents for property listings are stored in Supabase Storage and displayed publicly on agent profiles. By uploading photos you confirm they are genuine and accurately represent the property. Misleading images may result in removal of the listing and suspension of the account.
Subscription payment data: Agent subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details. Stripe handles all card payment data under their own privacy policy.
Payment link data: When a Truagent payment link is used, we store the payment amount, payment type, property name, payment status, and confirmation timestamps. This data is tied to both the agent and finder accounts involved in the transaction and is retained for seven years for financial record-keeping purposes. For PromptPay, bank transfer, and Wise payments, Truagent does not process or have access to any funds. We record only that a payment was confirmed by both parties.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose not listed above.
Agent identity verification is conducted by Persona Identities Inc. (withpersona.com). When you complete the identity check, your document and biometric data are processed by Persona under their own privacy policy. Truagent receives only a pass or fail verification result. We never receive, process, or store your ID document or biometric data.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following third parties where necessary to operate the platform:
All third parties are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws. We may share data with law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required by law.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.
Payment link records and receipts are retained for seven years for financial record-keeping purposes, regardless of account status.
Agent certificate uploads are retained for the duration of the agent's subscription and deleted within 30 days of account closure.
Subscription payment records held by Stripe are subject to Stripe's own retention policy.
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), encrypted storage for sensitive documents, row-level security on all database tables, and access controls limiting data access to authorised team members only. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
